 This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our diverse patient population in the Medical Practice industry.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in developing personalized treatment plans, helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and contribute to the overall success of our practice. 

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in continuous professional development and training

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice

Basic Life Support certification

Outpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care Experience
