We are seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join an established and high-performing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

The physician will primarily practice in Colorado Springs, with a commitment to provide outreach hematology and oncology services in rural locations, notably Lamar and Trinidad, approximately six days per month. 

This will require travel to these sites, located 2–3 hours from Colorado Springs, to enhance access to specialized cancer care for underserved communities.

**Position Overview:**

- Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology services across both outpatient and affiliated clinic environments.

- Integrate into a well-established practice consisting of 12 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), backed by a multidisciplinary support team, including nurse navigators and social workers.

- Execute dedicated outreach services to rural clinics in Lamar and Trinidad, committing to approximately six days of travel per month.

- Collaborate closely with the comprehensive cancer center team located in Colorado Springs to ensure coordinated patient care.

- Function within a physician-led medical group that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and the achievement of high-quality patient outcomes.

- Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, implemented system-wide.

- Participate in a flexible four-day workweek model, sharing limited call responsibilities with group members. - Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered cancer care programs.

- Explore clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system.

**Qualifications:**

- A strong commitment to rural medicine and outreach-oriented oncology care.

- Willingness to travel approximately six days per month to support rural outreach clinics.

- Valued ability to maintain autonomy within a collaborative and supportive framework.

- Dedication to delivering equitable cancer care to marginalized populations.  

**Licensure and Certification Requirements:**

- Board Eligible (within the last 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology.

- Colorado Medical License (must be obtained prior to commencement).

- DEA License (must be obtained prior to commencement).  

**Additional Certification Requirements:**

- Basic Life Support (BLS).

- Board Certification or Board Eligibility.

- Active Colorado Medical License or ability to secure it before the start date.
