**Job Description:**  

We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established primary care team in Pueblo, Colorado. The selected candidate will enjoy a schedule consisting of 36 patient-facing hours weekly, operating within a collaborative, care-team model that emphasizes teamwork and support.

The role offers an expedient patient panel assignment, facilitated by the availability of clinical Medical Assistants (MAs) to streamline in-basket tasks. 

The physician will be tasked with delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a family-oriented and expanding community.

On-call responsibilities will be shared regionally, with minimal expectations for weekend coverage. 

This position supports a balanced lifestyle in Southern Colorado, providing convenient access to the scenic Rocky Mountain region.

**Qualifications:**   - Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (completion of residency required) in Internal Medicine.   - Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one.  

- A clean malpractice history.  

- Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) demonstrating active status.  

- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to commencement of employment).
