**Job Description**  

We are in search of an experienced PLC/Robotics Technician to enhance our automation and robotic systems within a manufacturing setting. 

The primary focus of this role is to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize PLC-controlled machinery and robotic systems, ensuring peak operational efficiency for our plant.

 

**Responsibilities**   - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-controlled machinery and robotic systems in a high-volume production environment.  

- Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues on automated equipment with precision.  

- Collaborate with PLC systems such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other comparable platforms to ensure seamless operation.  

- Support the operation of robotic systems, implement programming adjustments, and drive system performance improvements.  

- Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, ladder logic, and automation drawings accurately.  

- Execute preventative maintenance and contribute to system upgrades and commissioning processes effectively.    

**Requirements**  

- Proven experience with PLC systems and industrial robotics in a manufacturing context.  

- Superior electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities, with a deep understanding of automation principles.  

- Background in manufacturing, automation, or robotics environments, demonstrating hands-on expertise. 

- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic diagrams.  

- Comprehensive knowledge of automated production equipment and associated control systems.
