As a Senior Associate, you will take a leading role in audit engagements, critically reviewing financial statements, and executing audits for privately held entities and not-for-profit organizations. 

Your responsibilities will include strategizing engagement plans, pinpointing risk factors, and ensuring adherence to GAAP and auditing standards.

In addition to execution, you will start to assume leadership roles—mentoring junior staff, managing engagement timelines, and maintaining direct client interactions.

 This role offers a structured advancement trajectory towards a managerial position while fostering both technical acumen and client-facing skills.

**Qualifications:** - US CPA or Canadian CPA (or in the process of obtaining)

- 3-5 years of audit experience in a public accounting environment

- Strong knowledge of GAAP

- Proficient in financial statement preparation and review

- Experience with audit engagements

- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
