As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business goals. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that highlights our commitment to excellence and professionalism.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 monthly, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the company culture
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the management consulting industry is a plus
