Key Responsibilities:
To provide daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports in the stipulated timeframes and as required by the Operations Management team and the client.
Regularly review operations performance and be able to provide immediate snapshot views on health of Operations.
Work with IT and CRM teams to automate and centralize required reports from several data sources.
Generate forecasts, providing supporting data and documentations to project required resource to man the desk.
Prepare for and attend internal / external meetings regarding the performance of EMGS operation and all associated metrics as required.
Work closely with the Operations Management team to ensure key operational deliverables are met.
Review Operations work processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
Ensure accuracy/integrity of all data.
Lead, supervise and manage the Specialist- MIS to meet the required performance.
Provide ongoing coaching, training and counseling to the Specialist- MIS.
Assist in the evaluation of performance of the Specialist- MIS, and help organize and distribute workload within MIS team.
Act as point of reference to assist with matters related to reporting.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Vice President and Head of Operations and / or COO or any other superior from Operations as and when required.
When operational situation arises, management will require the Assistant Managers- MIS to stay back and complete all assigned duties.
Skills Required:
Degree holder in business management or an IT related discipline.
Minimum of 12 months in the current position.
Good written and spoken English.
Willing to work shifts.
Customer focused.
Good problem solving skills.
Excellent disciplinary and performance track record.
KPI’s must meet or exceed 80% of the project requirements.
