Seacoast Realty Inc is seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue generation strategies from our Wilmington location. This full-time, hybrid position is essential for driving growth and aligning sales with marketing efforts to maximize profitability in the competitive Real Estate and Mortgage industry.
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be pivotal in developing and executing revenue strategies that enhance our market position. You will collaborate closely with our executive leadership team to set the organization’s growth objectives and streamline operations to elevate customer satisfaction and revenue performance. We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $240,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development in a supportive workplace environment.

Requirements
