The Role
We are actively hiring a Senior Red Team Operator to execute real-world attack simulations across enterprise environments.

This role is designed for professionals who understand how attackers operate — from initial access to post-exploitation — and can translate technical findings into real business impact.

You will work on advanced penetration testing and Red Team activities, focusing on practical exploitation rather than checklist-based assessments.

Key Responsibilities
Execute penetration testing and Red Team exercises across web, API, and internal environments
Identify and exploit vulnerabilities including initial access, privilege escalation, and lateral movement
Support or execute multi-stage attack chains across systems
Develop attack scenarios and testing methodologies
Use or develop scripts/tools (Python, Bash) to support engagements
Document findings clearly, including exploitation steps and remediation recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall security posture

What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security
Strong understanding of web and application vulnerabilities (OWASP and beyond)
Practical knowledge of privilege escalation, credential attacks, and system enumeration
Understanding of how real-world attacks progress across environments
Ability to think beyond automated tools

Nice to Have
Exposure to Red Team or adversary simulation activities
Basic understanding of Active Directory attacks
Experience in bug bounty or real-world security testing projects

Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
Familiarity with common offensive security tools
Understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals

Communication
Ability to clearly explain vulnerabilities, exploitation steps, and impact
Good written and spoken English

Discussion of past experience and attack scenarios
Follow-up interview if required

Compensation & Work Style
$85,000 – $165,000 USD depending on capability
