Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Local Law 97 filings
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary documentation
- Review building performance data to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance documents
- Support in conducting research on energy usage and emissions
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes to Local Law 97 and related regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
