Job description

SGU Trade is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the B to B food ingredients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote SGU Trade in B to B food ingredients in Bakery, Confectionery, Ice Cream & Topping, Dairy, Health & Nutrition And Edible Oil & Fat .
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients in the food manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
  • Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for management.


 

Required Qualifications & Skills:


 

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 34 years of proven marketing experience in food ingredients, dairy products, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the food manufacturing and dairy supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.


 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B marketing within the food ingredients sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and brand promotion strategies.
  • Strong networking abilities within the food and dairy industry.
