This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Intern based in Gurugram. The intern will assist with managing e-commerce operations, including analyzing sales trends, maintaining product listings, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth processes. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing customer queries, and supporting sales initiatives. The candidate will also contribute to streamlining operational efficiency and improving the overall customer experience within the e-commerce platform.
Additionally, the intern will be responsible for identifying and onboarding brands, manufacturers, and suppliers onto the platform. This includes reaching out to potential partners, negotiating commercial terms and discounts, building relationships with vendors, and expanding the product portfolio available on the platform. The intern will work closely with management to develop dealership partnerships and secure competitive pricing to enhance the platform's offerings and profitability.
Skills Required :
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and optimize strategies.
Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and understanding of online sales platforms.
Customer Service skills including handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and engaging with customers.
Basic understanding of Sales processes and the ability to support marketing initiatives.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Korean Language.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with e-commerce tools would be an advantage.
