Position Overview
Skybox Capital is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of HR operations across the firm and its portfolio companies. This is a hands-on, true HR generalist support role focused on core HR operations.
You’ll work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth execution across the employee lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–4+ years of HR experience looking to deepen their hands-on generalist skillset in a fast-moving, operationally driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire setup, documentation, and system access
• Draft and manage offer letters and employee documentation
• Support payroll coordination, including data updates, audits, and reporting
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
• Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee questions, policy guidance, and documentation
• Assist with compliance and reporting, including maintaining personnel files and ensuring adherence to HR policies
• Partner with HR leadership to improve and streamline HR processes and workflows

Qualifications
 

• 2–4+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist support role
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
• Interest in or experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve workflows, efficiency, or documentation processes
