We are Soulera, an innovative HR‑tech and personality‑analytics company using
handwriting and signature analysis (graphology) to help organizations understand
behavior, strengths, and development areas. We work with HR teams, training
institutes, coaching firms, and corporate clients who want deeper behavioral insights
for hiring, leadership development, and team‑building.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive business
expansion and revenue growth. You will own the sales strategy, lead the sales team,
and actively acquire large‑ticket clients while building a scalable sales engine for our
graphology‑based HR platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high‑growth sales strategy for the company (new
markets, new segments, upsell/cross‑sell).
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (including field sales executives and
account managers).
Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B clients – HR departments,
corporate L&D teams, training institutes, coaching firms, and
assessment‑based organizations.
Personally drive key account acquisition and renewal, including high‑value
contracts and strategic partnerships.
Ensure lead conversion targets are met (from first contact → demo → paid
contract) with a clear, data‑driven sales funnel.
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to align offers, pricing,
and messaging with market needs.
Travel across regions as needed to meet clients, partners, and sales teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Director / Business Head (Sales) in
a B2B or SaaS/HR‑tech environment.
Strong track record in business growth, revenue expansion, and team
leadership.
Experience in lead generation, field sales, client acquisition, and contract
closure with measurable conversion metrics.
Ability to build and manage sales processes, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (especially for
C‑suite and HR leaders).
Comfortable with travel for field visits and client meetings.
Preferred (nice‑to‑have)
Prior experience in HR tech, assessment tools, coaching, or training / L&D
sales.
Understanding of personality‑based assessments or behavior‑driven products.
