Counter Sales Associate/ Standup Forklift

Hiring a Counter Sales Associate with Standup Forklift experience to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. You will complete general warehouse responsibilities such as wrapping pallets, forklift, shipping & receiving, loading and unloading, checking out customers, answer phone calls and assist customers as they come into the store.

LOCATION: Idaho Falls, ID 83401
POSITION: Right to Hire
PAY RATE: 21.00 hour
HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F
 

• Seeking someone that is Customer Service focused that can answer phone and assist customers, look up parts etc.
• Under direct supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
• Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Follows all safety, health and security and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED - Required
• Stand Up Basiloid Forklift – Preferred
• Forklift experience – Required
• Counter Sales or Customer Service experience
• Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good computer skills required: Microsoft applications.
• General HVAC knowledge
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
