You will support a rework project. The HVAC Technicians will disassemble residential HVAC units to install a new Samsung chip and then reassemble the units back together.

LOCATION: Edgerton , KS 66030

PAY: 26hr - Weekly Pay

Project Scope: VRF Rework 

• The project involves a high-volume technical update of 1,800 VRF units. 
• This is a non-assembly line process where each technician is responsible for the end-to-end rework of a unit, though larger units may require a collaborative two-person lift or team effort. 
• The core workflow consists of unboxing each unit, accessing the internal chassis to locate the circuit board, and installing a specific hardware or firmware update. 
• Given the sensitivity of the components, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols must be strictly observed. 

Requirements 

• 1+ Years performing HVAC Service / Repair 
• Mechanical aptitude and component-handling skills
