Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts
- Perform data entry and assist with database management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
