Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support team members
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts

Requirements
