Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients and team members
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system
- Assist in maintaining and updating knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills
Requirements
