We are looking for a Remote Admin Personal Assistant to join Store Sniff Inc., a leading accounting company. As a Remote Admin Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the company from a remote location. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Perform data entry and update databases as required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members.
