Synex Talent is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Creative Department, working remotely from Northborough. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to engage with our clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our services in the consumer services industry.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their success, directly contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and support. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $135,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Provide onboarding and training to new customers
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services
  • Prepare reports on customer success metrics and outcomes
  • Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in the consumer services industry is a plus
