Talent Venture is seeking an Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Hanoi. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing on-site counseling services to employees, promoting mental well-being, and supporting a healthy work environment. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' mental health within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential counseling services to employees dealing with mental health issues
• Assess individuals' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Offer support and guidance to employees facing work-related stress or personal challenges
• Conduct mental health assessments and crisis interventions when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience in providing counseling or therapy services is a plus
