This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our Health & Safety Technician, contributing to meaningful projects that help protect our teams and strengthen safety practices across a growing, multi-site organization.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Health & Safety Intern, you will gain real-world experience by supporting initiatives such as:

• Assisting in the development and standardization of Emergency Action Plans for all store locations
• Supporting the creation and rollout of a Safety Public Announcement Video Project across stores
• Reviewing and ensuring Safety Manuals are current, accurate, and compliant with applicable standards
• Partnering on safety training initiatives and supporting project implementation
• Assisting with safety communication and engagement efforts to reinforce a strong culture of safety
• Collaborating cross-functionally with store teams, leadership, and support departments

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in retail operations, workplace safety, and risk prevention
