This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Health & Safety Technician, contributing to meaningful projects that protect our teams and improve operations across our growing organization.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Health & Safety Intern, you will:

• Assist in developing and standardizing Emergency Action Plans for all store locations
• Support the creation and rollout of a Safety Public Announcement Video Project across stores
• Review and ensure all Safety Manuals are current, accurate, and compliant
• Partner on safety training initiatives and project implementations
• Help reinforce a culture of safety through communication and engagement efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and leadership

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, HR, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in retail operations and workplace safety
