This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Human Resources team on recruiting, employee engagement, and internal communications projects that directly influence our workforce and company culture.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As an HR & Recruiting Intern, you will:

• Support recruiting initiatives, including the development of a college tour program and campus outreach strategies
• Create and standardize HR templates such as job postings, onboarding materials, and internal communications
• Assist with employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including planning activities and events
• Help build and maintain basic HR dashboards and reports (recruiting, engagement, and workforce metrics)
• Draft and support employee communications, including announcements, newsletters, and campaigns
• Assist with updating and maintaining HR documents, processes, and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR and people-related projects

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in employee engagement, company culture, and people development
• Comfortable working with data, Excel, or dashboards (a plus, not required)
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
