The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Stores / Stock Controller to join a busy and growing operation based in Radcliffe, Bury. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse or engineering environment.

You will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials and parts are available when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming and outgoing stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control systems
• Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders
• Organising and maintaining the stores area
• Issuing parts and materials to production or engineering teams
• Conducting regular stock counts and stock reconciliation
• Liaising with purchasing and suppliers regarding stock levels
• Ensuring the stores area is kept clean, safe and organised

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Stores, Stock Control, or Warehouse role
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
