Location : Andheri West Mumbai 

Work Mode: Full-Time | On-site
Working Days: Monday-Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday is off)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary
Monika Alcobev Limited is looking for a Head of Design to lead brand identity, packaging, and marketing design initiatives across our imported liquor portfolio. The role requires strong packaging expertise, creative leadership, and execution capabilities.

Experience Required

• 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading design in FMCG, luxury, spirits, or premium consumer brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand identity expertise
• Experience managing creative teams and external vendors
• Deep understanding of print production and tactile packaging processes
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• Ability to balance creativity with execution discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identity systems (logo, typography, color palette, visual language)
• Lead packaging and label design, including tactile finishes
• Oversee marketing collateral and digital assets
• Ensure brand consistency across print and digital platforms
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams
• Manage design workflows, timelines, and team output.
