Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (+/- 10% performance based incentives)
Probation Period: 2 weeks (Stipend ₹10,000)

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Performance and Quality Supervisor responsible strictly for quality assurance and error-checking across all digital marketing deliverables within the assigned cluster. This role focuses on reviewing work before client submission to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks on every project before submission or delivery
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, compliance gaps, and performance issues
- Ensure projects meet internal SOPs, client requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Provide structured feedback to project leads and team members
- Track recurring mistakes and implement preventive corrective measures
- Maintain quality audit reports and documentation
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines are not compromised
- Escalate major quality concerns to senior management when required
- Develop and refine quality control processes within the cluster
- Monitor overall cluster performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure zero-defect delivery culture within the assigned cluster
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and client deliverables
- Prior experience leading or supervising teams in a marketing environment
- Practical knowledge of campaign strategy and execution workflows
- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic creative tools
- Strong copywriting and content review skills
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality gaps across campaigns and content
- High attention to detail with a strict quality assurance mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to provide corrective feedback
