Customer Success & Sales Coordinator (Part-Time)

Schedule: 25–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Success & Sales Coordinator who shares our commitment to service excellence and enjoys building relationships with customers.
Position Overview
This role combines customer service, inside sales support, account management, and administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You will be one of the primary points of contact for our customers, helping ensure requests are handled quickly and accurately while supporting sales growth and customer retention.
This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as responsibilities and business needs expand.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Success & Account Support
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide order status updates and shipment information
- Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
- Coordinate sample requests
- Help resolve customer concerns and service issues
- Support customer retention through proactive communication
Sales Support
- Prepare and send customer quotations
- Request and organize vendor pricing
- Create product comparison documents
- Follow up on open quotes and opportunities
- Assist with account management activities
- Support sales initiatives and customer outreach
Administrative & Vendor Coordination
- Enter tracking information and shipment updates
- Maintain customer and vendor records
- Assist with purchase order follow-up
- Collect product specifications and documentation
- Organize pricing files and product information
- Support special projects as needed
QualificationsPreferred Experience

- Hospitality
- Spa, wellness, beauty, medical spa, or luxury service industries
- Inside sales or account support
- Administrative coordination
