Were seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with 3–5 years of closing experience who thrives in high-ownership environments and is excited to sell cutting-edge AI solutions into complex insurance workflows. This role is critical to driving new revenue, winning flagship logos, and shaping go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving AI startup.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Partner closely with SDRs and Marketing to develop and convert qualified pipeline
- Quickly understand prospect workflows, operational challenges, and insurance-specific pain points to position solutions effectively
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts using CRM tools
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and pricing based on real-time market feedback
What Success Looks Like
- Drive new ARR growth by landing enterprise customers and consistently exceeding quota
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage (3–4x quota) across self-sourced and inbound opportunities
- Improve sales cycle efficiency through strong deal management and conversion discipline
- Ensure seamless customer handoffs to post-sale teams while identifying early expansion opportunities
- Provide actionable market intelligence through regular voice of customer insights that influence product and GTM strategy
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience as an Enterprise AE in a tech startup environment
- Experience closing $100K+ ACV deals with demonstrated expansion potential and exposure to $1M+ quotas
- Consistent career progression or promotions reflecting strong performance
- Background selling into the insurance vertical or prior insurance industry experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound automation platforms (e.g., Apollo)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while helping build scalable sales processes
- Strong communicator with high IQ/EQ and the ability to sell complex AI-driven solutions
