🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ( Depending on department)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Tupelo, MS. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform consistent heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Operate equipment and handle materials with strong hand-eye coordination
• Stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours as needed)
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
• Meet daily production goals and quality expectations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
