Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor to help lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a high-performance, fast-moving environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Production Supervisor to keep production running smoothly—coordinating people, processes, and priorities while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production operations to meet schedules, quality requirements, and output targets
  • Assist with production planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality teams to optimize workflow and resource utilization
  • Monitor workflow, inventory levels, and material usage to reduce waste and prevent delays
  • Lead by example on the floor—coaching, motivating, and supporting production team members
  • Support onboarding, training, performance tracking, and employee development initiatives
  • Troubleshoot production issues, equipment concerns, and process inefficiencies in real time
  • Align production output with demand while supporting cost-control and efficiency goals
  • Enforce safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures through routine audits and inspections
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations (required)
  • Prior experience as a lead, senior operator, or in a supervisory support role (preferred)
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced production environment
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and production processes
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with production or inventory systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
