Shift & Pay Information:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $15.25/hr (Urgently hiring!)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $15.50/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated and dependable Machine Operators to support our production team in Baldwyn, MS. This position plays a key role in ensuring machinery runs efficiently and products meet company quality standards.

Primary Duties:

• Operate and set up production equipment based on job specifications
• Keep an eye on machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Examine finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role is a plus
• Ability to understand blueprints, schematics, and written instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Flexible schedule, including availability for overtime and weekends
