Responsibilities
•     Assemble and manufacture electronic components according to specifications
•     Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
•     Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
•     Maintain a clean and organized work area
•     Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
•     Collaborate with team members to improve production processes
•     Assist in training new employees as needed
•     Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements
•     High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•     No prior experience required — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
•     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•     Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
•     Good communication and teamwork skills
