Job Title: Foam Machine Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and motivated Foam Machine Assistant to support production at a manufacturing facility in Verona, MS. This role is essential to daily operations, assisting with machine setup, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to stay productive in both fast-paced and slower periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and preparation for foam production
• Accurately measure foam “buns” and apply proper labeling
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Keep materials and work areas organized
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and removing foam debris
• Support machine operators and production team members
• Follow all safety policies and production procedures

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks consistently
• Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours as needed
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or construction experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Steel-toe boots required
