Maintenance Associate

Location: Oxford, MS
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

We are currently hiring a dependable and motivated Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, MS. The ideal candidate will have experience performing general residential maintenance and repairs, with plumbing and HVAC experience strongly preferred. Basic electrical knowledge is also a plus. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools and able to work independently when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general residential maintenance and repair tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and minor repairs
• Complete minor electrical repairs and maintenance
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance concerns

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential maintenance experience
• Plumbing experience strongly preferred
• HVAC experience highly preferred
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Experience using power tools and general repair equipment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
