Position: Production Machine Operator
Location: Baldwyn, MS
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Shifts & Pay

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $13.00/hour
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $15.00/hour
• Must be able to work 10+ hour shifts and occasional overtime

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for both day and night shifts at a modern, climate-controlled facility in Baldwyn, MS. This is a clean, fast-paced production environment best suited for dependable individuals who take safety seriously and are ready to work.

All candidates will complete a facility tour prior to starting to ensure a good fit with the role and work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
