Property Maintenance Technician – Oxford, MS

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of residential properties in Oxford, MS. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties
• Maintain outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping activities
• Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Ensure properties are clean, presentable, and properly maintained
• Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
• Familiarity with operating lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance and repair procedures
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems is highly preferred
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
