Residential Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15/hour

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general residential maintenance and repairs, with plumbing and HVAC experience highly preferred. Electrical knowledge is also preferred. Candidates must be comfortable using power tools and working independently when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general residential maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic repairs
• Perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential maintenance experience
• Plumbing experience strongly preferred
• HVAC experience highly preferred
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of power tools and general repair equipment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in various conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
