🚀 🚀 We’re Hiring: Director of Sales – IT Services | New York, NY
We’re working with an IT Services client to identify a strategic and results-driven Director/Sr. Director of Sales to spearhead business development and drive growth across key industry verticals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in IT services and platform-led solutions who thrives in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in industries such as insurance, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, retail & logistics, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to exceed revenue goals
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with asset-led services and digital transformation offerings
✅ Build and nurture executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to create targeted go-to-market strategies
✅ Oversee sales pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking for sustained growth
✅ Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams to maximize client satisfaction and long-term value
✅ Stay abreast of industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and platform engineering, to bring consultative insights to clients
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 15+ years in IT services or digital transformation consulting, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles
🔹 Deep expertise in one or more verticals: Insurance, Financial Services, Consumer Products, or eCommerce
🔹 Proven success selling platform-based services and enterprise solutions
🔹 Experience operating in a global delivery environment
🔹 Strong leadership skills and experience building and coaching high-performing sales teams
🔹 Track record of consistently achieving revenue targets
🔹 Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
🔹 Knowledge of enterprise tech trends (AI, cloud-native, data engineering)
🔹 Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach
