The Role

Be the first point of contact for customers looking to book a move. Your mission: convert inbound leads into booked jobs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Convert 45%+ of inbound calls, texts, and emails into confirmed bookings
• Re-contact 100% of missed calls and texts within 30 minutes
• Follow up on open quotes and unresponsive leads through outbound outreach
• Quote within our margin profile—frame value, not discounts
• Enter every booking accurately and hand off cleanly to operations

What You’ll Bring

• Sales acumen: objection handling, active listening, and value framing
• Fluent/native English with strong written and spoken tone control
• Comfort with CRM, Google Workspace, and phone systems
• Reliable, coachable, and calm under pressure
• Ability to work remotely with overlap in Eastern Time

Compensation
