Overview:

Welo Data is looking for experienced quality reviewers to serve as the final accuracy check on a high-profile AI training data project for one of the world's leading voice AI platforms. As a Verifier, you review 100% of transcription output — ensuring every clip meets the quality standard before it shapes how the platform hears and understands people around the world. 

What you will do

• Review transcriptions of short audio clips for accuracy and guideline compliance.
• Approve correct transcriptions or reject with specific, actionable written feedback.
• Catch errors in punctuation, formatting, audio flags, and style-guide application.
• Help Analysts improve through clear, consistent rejection notes.
• Identify patterns in errors and flag systemic issues to the project lead. 

Project Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension

Commitment: 10-20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks

Pay Rate: $8.14/hour

Requirements:

• Native or near-native fluency in target locale - Spanish
• Excellent written language skills with expert-level command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or a closely related field — required.
• Strong critical eye and ability to spot subtle errors in formatting, punctuation, and adherence to guidelines.
• Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
• Ability to provide written feedback in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
• Ability to commit to 12 hours per week for the full 5-week project duration.
• Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous.
